To benefit from the professional price, the reseller must use the Terroirs Québec Inc. electronic platform to place orders for products. By using this access code, you are accepting the Terms of Sale laid out by Terroirs Québec, as well as the present Terms and Conditions for Resellers.
We do business with Canada Post and Canpar. If we have to change delivery service providers for some reason, you will be advised of the change. The delivery will be made within 3 business days from receipt of your order to most large cities in Ontario and Quebec. We are not responsible for delays in deliveries; these are the responsibility of the transporter.
The delivery fees (except for distant regions) are: $25 for orders of $150 or less, $15 for orders between $151 and $400, and free of charge for orders over $400.
For distant regions, there will be additional fees on top of the delivery fees, even if the order meets the requirements for free delivery.
If we cannot make the delivery within the expected time frame, we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the new delivery date does not meet your needs, it will be possible for you to cancel your order by communicating with Terroirs Québec.
Returning a product is not permitted. When advised of the non-conformance of a product upon receipt of said product, we will proceed to exchange it with an identical product according to availability.
Express delivery is possible, subject to the availability of stock.
Payment and credit for professional accounts:
The payment terms are as follows:
Payment can be made by check or bank transfer.
The first three orders must be paid for by credit card before the merchandise is dispatched.
Subsequent orders are payable within 15 business days.
A discount of 2% per invoice is given for payments received 10 days from date of invoice.
A penalty of 1.5% of interest per month is charged for payments that are not made within 15 business days.
Delivery will be delayed when you fall behind on your payments. Your merchandise will be able to be dispatched when your payments have been settled.
Credit is granted on the following conditions:
You have duly filled out, signed and sent the credit application.
For new clients, you have paid for your first three orders before the merchandise was dispatched.
You have good credit references.
You respect the terms and conditions mentioned in this credit policy.
The payment terms and credit conditions can be changed for the following reasons:
Because you do not respect the terms and conditions of this credit policy.
Because you have fallen behind on your payments.
Or for any other reason that could harm the company.
Debt collection procedures will be automatically initiated after the period of net 15 days for payment of your invoice has passed.
The website www.TerroirsQuebec.com is the property of Terroirs Québec Inc. The reseller’s catalog or any other compilation or list concerning the products is the property of Terroirs Québec Inc. The information contained therein is confidential and must not be relayed without the tacit agreement of Terroirs Québec.
The reseller is not authorized to use the name of Terroirs Québec, unless there is an express licensing agreement contained herein or in a distinct and specific written agreement to that effect that explains the terms and conditions of use.
The present document is governed by the laws of Quebec and the following provincial laws apply: the Consumer Protection Act, the Charter of the French Language, and the Act Respecting Hours and Days of Admission to Commercial Establishments. The parties have agreed to comply with them.
The parties agree to attempt to amicably resolve all differences of opinion that could arise in the interpretation or execution of the present Agreement. In the event of persistent disagreement, the dispute will be settled as a last resort by the courts of Quebec in the judicial district of Montreal, which are acknowledged by the PARTNERS as having exclusive jurisdiction.
