The apples used for this vinegar are picked and processed by hand at the Orchard du Clocher, inMontérégie. The apples are a blend of Empire, McIntosh, Paula Red and Spartan. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized to preserve all the natural flavour of apples. Use it for vinaigrettes, braising or deglazing.
