Jams are nothing like other meals. They have the taste of childhood, a mix of sweetness and bans. "We only make good with very good", that's a well-known fact. Jams are made with the best fruits, perfectly ripened. This is the core center of my business, En Robe des Champs. Most of my jams are made with fruits from Quebec. I only cook 2 or 3 kilos of fruits each time to preserve the delicate perfumes and flavors. I add no preservatives. It's in this handcrafting know-how and principle that En Robe des Champs' jams are created. It is obivous to me that there is no other way to achieve excellence.
