A creamy honey produced locally, with minimal filtration and unheated to keep the maximum of its properties. The bees and the health of the hives pass before the productivity, so the interventions to the hive are made with the most gentle and natural techniques possible.
Never filterd. Never heated. Raw honey is excellent for health, since all the natural elements are preserved : pollen, propolis, bee wax, and all the flavours. This honey crystallizes in the pot, and should be eaten in that form. Its harvested from mid-August to the end of September. Non-pasteurized.

This honey is a mix of (almost) all the wild flowers found at Iles de la Madeleine. It is churned, which gives it a creamy texture without taking away all the healthy properties of honey. And the taste is... Wow. Just wow! Since it's a creamy honey, don't expect it to pour easily, which means you'll have to lick the spoon afterwhile... such a drag!
