For the last 4 generations, when Spring comes, Cabane du Pic-Bois commemorates the maple syrup tradition. When the temperature becomes more bearable, after our harsh winter, a frenzy seizes the shack. This family time allows us to tighten our bonds. Everyone has its part to do. Everything is made according to the craftsmen's tradition. We use only buckets to collect the maple water, and we use an old fashioned wood-stove to turn it into syrup. This allows us to produce a syrup containing all the flavors of the country!
