A family business with two sisters: one is a chef and the other is a creative one. Through their balanced duo, they offer mouth-watering products made from high-quality ingredients.
A passion for cooking that is reflected in their recipes. It is so hard to not lick your fingers!
Based on their desire to learn more about what they eat and their love for local artisans and products, Manon Ouellet and Maxime Lefebvre decided to set up La Grande Gourmandise at the end of 2012. With a simple objective: to promote and celebrate local gastronomic culture.
La Lichée is first and foremost a project by three guys from Quebec who wanted to revive the love of fudge for Quebecers.
Their goal was to bring a breath of fresh air to the current market and they had everything they needed to achieve it; a recipe from their grandmother in the Magdalen Islands, a strong visual identity and a caramel that would make people dream.
So they put all these pieces together to create what La Lichée is today, a young local company that supports entrepreneurial projects, eco-responsibility, design and innovation.
