You can either incorporate it directly into your omelets, salads, sandwiches and soups or rehydrate it for 4-5 minutes in lukewarm water before use.

Crushed into tiny pieces, it can be used as salt.

Original en salade

Nous avons essayé aujourd'hui, en ajout à une salade, après avoir ré-hydraté quelques minutes et coupé en lamelles une poignée d'algues. Le goût salé et iodé, ainsi que la texture, sont intéressants et surprenants. Excellente addition pour rehausser vos compositions. Le format du sachet est plus grand que ce à quoi nous nous attendions.
